Return Process

  Ensure your items were purchased within the last 30 days and are either unused or gently used in their original packaging.

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your order number from your confirmation email or bring your physical store receipt if you purchased your soaps at a local Makery.

  Initiate Your Return

  For online orders, contact our smell-good team via our support portal to receive a return authorization and shipping label.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive your items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your preferred replacement scent within 5-7 business days.
